How to shop?
- Use our SHOP filter to find the category you are looking for.
- Once you have chosen your favorite item, select the right size and color (if applicable) and click on the ADD TO CART button.
- You can review your items by clicking the ITEMS IN CART button on top of the page. If you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, click REMOVE ORDER button.
- Click on the CHECKOUT button to complete your order.
- Other Theory process all orders in EUR, because the company is based in the European Union. While the content of your cart will be displayed in the currency according to your location (BGN/USD/GBR), you will checkout using EUR at the most current exchange rate.
What international shipping options do you offer?
*Please kindly note that during the holidays, orders received from 23rd until 26th of December (including) will be delivered on 28th-29th of December. Orders received from 30th of December until 2nd of January (including) will be delivered 04th-05th of January.
We ship worldwide and use trusted and traceable courier services. We provide one delivery option which is very quick and should be considered as Express Delivery.
- Deliveries within the EU usually take up to 2 business days
- Deliveries in the US take 2 – 3 business days
Is there any option for free delivery?
Yes. The delivery costs for all orders from 250 euros and above would be covered on behalf of Other Theory, except the periods of sale.
How can I track my delivery?
Once we have shipped your parcel we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have charged your card and your precious is on its way. We will also send a link so you can keep track on your parcel.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your parcel gets lost or damaged we are confident that we will be able to take care of any concerns you might have. Should you have any queries about a missing order please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I have to pay Customs and Import Charges?
VAT is included in the price. International shipments may be subject to Customs and/or Import charges. Should any additional charges be imposed, Other Theory is not liable for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the recipient. In case any parcel is refused and returned to Other Theory by the courier service, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please consider contacting your local carrier and customs service for more information about domestic costs as this is out of our hands.
Choose a payment method
If you pay with a bank card:
- A payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you enter your card details
- If you are registered for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, an authentication page of your card issuer opens, where you type your authentication password or code.
- If the transaction is successful (received authorization), a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen, which you print or save.
Can I shop without setting up an account?
Yes. You can shop as a guest. However, having an account will allow you to view your history and check out quickly.
Can I refund or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the delivery date. Please make sure you use traceable postal services and obtain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for parcels damaged or lost in transit. In any of the aforementioned cases, we will make a deduction from the refund for faulty handling.

Will I be refunded the whole amount of money?
Yes. We will gladly accept returns for a full refund. Items must be returned within 14 days from the original delivery date. Please note that no items must be worn, washed, ironed or missing tags. Please kindly note that we could refund only the price of the item/s. Other Theory will not be able to refund any charges such as the delivery fee.
How do I get a promo code?
Promo codes are only given to registered customers. During our campaigns, we will send each and every one of our customers unique discount promo codes.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Orders are usually being processed straight away. However, you can change or amend your purchase within the first few hours after it has been placed. If you had not been able to do so and no longer want your item, you can return it for a full refund.
