Can I refund or exchange an item?

Yes. You can return or exchange items within 28 days from the delivery date. Please make sure you use traceable postal services and obtain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for parcels damaged or lost in transit. In any of the aforementioned cases, we will make a deduction from the refund for faulty handling.

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or ironed
  • All original tags must be attached

Please send us an email before returning any items. For refund: Once we have received the item we will process the refunds straight away. Bear in mind that it can take up to 14 days for the funds to be available in your account. For exchange: Let us know which item you want to exchange for. Once we have received the returning parcel we will send you the new one.
